The new decade is here, which means The Work Truck Show® 2020 is on the horizon. This event, which marks the 20th anniversary of the Show, is the commercial vehicle community’s chance to see the newest products, attend targeted educational programs and meet with other professionals.
Work Truck Week is scheduled March 3–6, at Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Educational sessions, Green Truck Summit, and Manufacturer and Distributor Innovation Conference begin March 3, and the exhibit hall is open March 4–6.
North America’s largest work truck event gives the industry the opportunity to display and discuss new innovations. From the exhibit hall to training sessions, this event enables you to see and understand what direction our industry is heading. And with plenty of networking options, you’ll find your professional network growing at every turn.
If you or someone you know is new to the work truck industry and would like to meet other new professionals, consider joining Generation Next. NTEA’s professional development group offers support in developing skills and building industry peer relationships. Membership is free to employees of NTEA member companies. Visit ntea.com/generationnext to learn more, or take advantage of any of these opportunities at The Work Truck Show.
Take5
Work Truck Show attendees who are new to the industry (less than 10 years of service) are invited to Take5, a Generation Next-sponsored reception on Tuesday, March 3 from 5–6 p.m. that’s free to NTEA member company employees.
Visit worktruckshow.com/take5 to register for this opportunity to meet, network and talk shop with professionals. Feel free to invite others, as well. Work Truck Show registration is required to attend Take5.
Generation Next Leadership Workshop & Networking Reception
Tap into Your Inner Rhythm, scheduled March 4 from 3–5 p.m., incorporates drumming, tap dancing, rhythmic juggling, marimba, saxophone, and more to demonstrate what’s possible with remarkable teamwork. Collision of Rhythm (Bronkar Lee and Aaron Williams) will show attendees how to enhance communication skills, leverage unique skillsets and amplify creativity during a captivating, interactive presentation.
This special session is not included in any registration package — it’s available for purchase separately.
Meet the Board of Governors
Generation Next’s Board of Governors will be at NTEA Booth 3400 on Thursday, March 5 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We would be happy to answer any questions and share details on how to get involved. Remember, it’s free to join and open to employees of NTEA member companies with less than 10 years of industry service.
