Jeffrey Gitomer — a creative, on-the-edge writer and speaker — will discuss the difference between loyalty and satisfaction, encouraging each member of the audience to rise above industry challenges, maintain a reputation of trust, and find personal satisfaction in a job well-done. His keynote address takes place Thursday, March 7, as part of President’s Breakfast.
The Work Truck Show 2019 runs March 5–8 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Sessions begin March 5, and the exhibit hall is open March 6–8.

In 1997, Gitomer was awarded the designation of Certified Speaking Professional by the National Speakers Association. He was inducted into the Speaker Hall of Fame in August 2008, receiving the Counsel of Peers Award for Excellence.
