SMART Online Training

The National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) provides industry-specific training for work truck industry professionals as well as educational opportunities for technical skills and knowledge, sales and marketing, financial planning and human resources.

The NTEA SMART Online Training Program offers you easy-to-follow, self-guided training courses designed to enhance your knowledge and increase your expertise in management and shop-oriented disciplines – in Sales, Management, Applications and Resources Training.  These courses are delivered over the Internet, instead of in a traditional classroom, by a book, CD-ROM, audio or video. There are no CDs or programs to download. Access these courses whenever you want and from wherever you are – at home, at work, or even from a hotel room while on the road.

Courses offered through Magnet/Manufacturing Advocacy Network 
Through our partnership with industry leader Magnet/Manufacturing Advocacy Network, we now offer courses in Lean Manufacturing; Change Management; Sales Planning; Growth Planning; Eight Wastes; Problem Solving; 5S; and Team Leadership. The material is engaging, informative and transferable to the real world environment.

Cost — For members, individual registration is $29 per person ($59 nonmembers) for unlimited usage for 6 months. Register 10 or more people in your company and your total cost for 6 months is $199 members ($399 nonmembers).

Course credits — Course credits can be utilized by NTEA members for MVP certification requirements.
