NTEA has arranged discounted rates for Work Truck Week registrants at these hotels.
All reservations must be made directly with Work Truck Week Housing. Call 317-262-8191, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. ET (excluding holidays) or make reservations online. Confirmations are sent via email or fax (if requested) within 24 hours. 

  

Important dates

  • Work Truck Week Housing CANNOT add room nights, book new reservations or switch between hotels after Feb. 13, 2024 at 5 p.m. ET
  • A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for all room reservations canceled after Feb. 13, 2024 (5 p.m. ET).
  • Work Truck Week Housing is able to process date reductions, name changes and cancellations until Feb 20, 2024 at 5 p.m. ET
  • After Feb 20, 2024, at 5pm ET, Work Truck Week Housing cannot process hotel requests. You must contact your hotel directly for any changes.

The following conditions apply

  • A limited number of rooms are available on a first-come basis. 
  • A valid form of payment is required to confirm and guarantee all reservations.
  • To request 20 rooms or more, please complete this form and return to the Housing Bureau. If you have any questions, please call the Housing Bureau at  317-262-8191.

Transportation service

Taxi and rideshare services from Indianapolis International Airport (IND) are available at the curb on the lower level of the terminal just outside Baggage Claim. Average fare to downtown is $40–$50.

parking and shuttle information

Downtown Indianapolis offers many parking options. View detailed map. If staying at a hotel in downtown Indianapolis during Work Truck Week, you may make arrangements to use the hotel parking lot for your vehicles. Parking rates and availability vary based on vehicle size and lot location. Free shuttle service is located at Gate Ten Event Parking (345 W. McCarty Street).
  • Tuesday, March 5: 6:30 a.m.–6:15 p.m.
  • Wednesday, March 6: 6:30 a.m.–6:15 p.m.
  • Thursday, March 7: 6:30 a.m.–6:15 p.m.
  • Friday, March 8: 8 a.m.–4:45 p.m.
