When will WTW21 be held?

Are you offering a Work Truck Week mug this year?
As much as the WTW21 experience will be different from previous Work Truck Shows, one aspect still remains! The official WTW21 mug is now available.

I registered and received my confirmation. Can I access the WTW21 event platform?
Once you've registered, you can start your event experience by creating your WTW21 planner. You will need to use the same email address and Badge ID listed in your email confirmation.

  • There may be up to a 15-minute delay between registering and being able to access the WTW21 planner.
  • All registrants must create a planner and be logged in during the event in order to view any of the sessions.

What is the WTW21 planner? Do I need to create one in order to view sessions and demos?
Once registered, you can create your WTW21 planner (using the email address and Badge ID listed in your confirmation). This helpful tool enables you to

  • Add exhibitors and products of interest
  • Save time with exhibitor and product recommendations
  • Save sessions and live demos to a personalized calendar
  • View the complete exhibitor product gallery in one place (including new products)

How can I contact a WTW21 exhibitor? Is there a chat or messaging option?
If a WTW21 exhibitor adds company representatives to its online listing, you can access contact information or reach out in real time via a chat function (based on exhibitor availability).

Where is WTW21 located?
WTW21 is an online event, so as long as you have a computer or device (smartphone, tablet) and internet, you’ll be good to go.

Is there a cost to attend? Will discounts be offered to NTEA members?
Registration pricing is $49 for NTEA members and $79 for nonmembers. Check your membership status. On-demand access will be available through April 9, 2021 (registration required).

What does the registration fee include?
Registration covers access to the live event March 8–12, including

  • Exhibitor listings and demos
  • OEM Update Sessions
  • Industry education
  • Advanced Chassis Update Sessions
  • Green Hour

On-demand access to exhibitor listings and recorded presentations and demos will be available through April 9, 2021.

I work for a chassis manufacturer. Am I allowed to attend competitors’ sessions?
With respect to the confidentiality of OEM exhibitor information shared during WTW21, in agreement with the presenting chassis manufacturers, OEM registrants are requested not to attend competitor sessions. Please contact NTEA at with questions.  

Can I earn continuing education credit by participating in WTW21?
International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) awarded NTEA the industry-respected Accredited Provider status. IACET Accredited Providers are the only organizations approved to offer IACET continuing education units (CEUs). If you’re attending any WTW21 session and are interested in obtaining a certificate of achievement with IACET CEUs, please complete the CEU section in the overall conference survey you’ll receive via email following the event. A PDF of the certificate will be sent once attendance is verified. 

Can I earn MVP credit?
Yes. WTW21 attendance qualifies for MVP credit. Contact for more information.

Is there an event cancellation and refund policy?

Is a traditional in-person Work Truck Week scheduled to return in 2022?
