Will I receive a free pass to promote this event to my customers?
WTW21 exhibitors will receive a customized promo code providing complimentary event access to the first 100 registrants. Contact Sarah Kindinger with any questions.

I registered and received my confirmation. Can I access the WTW21 event platform?
Once you've registered, you can start your event experience by creating your WTW21 planner. You will need to use the same email address and Badge ID listed in your email confirmation.

  • There may be up to a 15-minute delay between registering and being able to access the WTW21 planner.
  • All registrants must create a planner and be logged in during the event in order to view any of the sessions.

What is the WTW21 planner? Do I need to create one in order to view sessions and demos?
Once registered, you can create your WTW21 planner (using the email address and Badge ID listed in your confirmation). This helpful tool enables attendees to

  • Add exhibitors and products of interest
  • Save time with exhibitor and product recommendations
  • Save sessions and live demos to a personalized calendar
  • View the complete exhibitor product gallery in one place (including new products)

Does a representative from our company have to be logged in to the WTW21 platform at specific times during March 8–12? Do we need to have someone available when attendees are viewing our listing or reaching out to chat with our virtual business card contacts?
You do not need to be signed in or available at any specific times during WTW21, but if you’re hosting a live demo, you’ll have to log in and start the demo at your scheduled time. Additionally, in order to chat with attendees, your virtual business card contacts have to be logged in to the WTW21 planner (note, they won’t need to actively monitor your listing — they’ll just need to be signed in). If your company’s designated contacts are not logged in, attendees will be given the option to email them, instead.

Where can I find a list of participating WTW21 exhibitors?

A PDF of the certificate will be sent once attendance is verified.

Is there an event cancellation and refund policy?
NTEA regrets that refunds will not be given for any WTW21 registration, as registrants have full access to content through April 9. If you have any questions, contact registrar@ntea.com.

Are you offering a Work Truck Week mug this year?
As much as the WTW21 experience will be different from previous Work Truck Shows, one aspect still remains! The official WTW21 mug is now available.

Who hosts WTW21?
WTW21 is produced by NTEA – The Association for the Work Truck Industry.

How will NTEA be promoting WTW21?
