WTW21 offers access to

  • The latest information on work trucks, equipment and other new products
  • Exclusive updates from leading chassis manufacturers

  • Opportunities to connect with industry-leading manufacturers and suppliers
  • Dedicated updates from chassis manufacturers producing battery electric work trucks
How can I learn more about participating?
NTEA and Map Your Show hosted an informational WTW21 exhibitor webinar (access recording) offering an event overview, exhibitor packages and pricing, sponsorship options, and opt-in/opt-out details. A Map Your Show representative will be following up with exhibitors regarding available options. Exhibitors who do not wish to participate in the complimentary base package are asked to login to their exhibitor dashboard to opt out. Exhibitors must opt out if they do not want their company information featured in the online exhibitor directory. For opt-in/opt-out questions, contact Kyle Plymesser, Map Your Show exhibitor engagement manager, at 513-527-8804 or KPlymesser@MapYourShow.com.

Why did NTEA decide to move forward with an online event?
Although we can’t gather in person, we knew it was more important than ever to provide opportunities for connection and insight. With feedback from the work truck industry, NTEA developed a platform to showcase the products, innovations and solutions driving the future of the commercial vehicle market.

When will WTW21 be held?
WTW21 runs March 8–12, 2021. View schedule and industry education overview.

Who can exhibit at WTW21?
Companies that were contracted as Work Truck Week 2021 exhibitors will have the opportunity to participate in WTW21.

My company was contracted as a Work Truck Week 2021 exhibitor. Do we have to participate in WTW21?
Previously contracted Work Truck Week 2021 exhibitors are under no obligation to participate in WTW21. Exhibitors who do not wish to participate in the complimentary package will be asked to login to their exhibitor dashboard to opt out. Exhibitors must opt out if they do not want their company information featured in the online exhibitor directory.

Will my company receive a priority point for exhibiting at WTW21?
Companies will not receive a priority point for participating in WTW21. Exhibitors will retain all priority points they have earned in the past, and will still receive one point this year for retaining NTEA membership.

Will this affect the status of my 2021 refund or any payments made toward Work Truck Week 2022?
WTW21 is a completely separate event and will have no effect on your commitment to Work Truck Week 2022 or refunds for 2021, which are being processed.

Will there be any live components to WTW21, or is everything pre-recorded?
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to schedule live demos, depending on the event package purchased, at their discretion.

Is a traditional in-person Work Truck Week scheduled to return in 2022?
Yes, Work Truck Week 2022 is scheduled March 8–11, 2022, at Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.

How will NTEA be promoting WTW21?
NTEA, producer of WTW21, will execute an extensive marketing campaign which includes dedicated email, advertising, retargeting and social media. In addition, in partnership with key media and industry-affiliated supporting organizations, NTEA will expand WTW21’s digital reach and awareness. We will also provide exhibitors with a WTW21 Exhibitor logo, along with access to a toolkit to support your own event promotion.
