When will WTW21 be held?
WTW21 runs March 8–12, 2021. View schedule and industry education overview.

What time zone are event activities?
All 
scheduled events will be held in Eastern Standard Time.

Where is WTW21 located?
WTW21 is an online event, so as long as you have a computer or device (smartphone, tablet) and internet, you’ll be good to go.

Can media register?
As always, bona fide editorial media can register as WTW21 attendees at no charge. View media registration policy.

What is the media schedule?
Monday, March 8, will be the first-ever Work Truck Week Media Day, with exhibitor press conferences scheduled throughout the day and accessible from a single online interface. The press conferences will not overlap with any other Work Truck Week events, so you don’t have to worry about choosing between covering a press conference and attending an educational session.

Media registration also includes access to

  • Exhibitor listings and demos
  • OEM Update Sessions
  • Industry education
  • Advanced Chassis Update Sessions
  • Green Hour

On-demand access to exhibitor listings and recorded presentations and demos will be available through April 9, 2021.

I registered — when will I receive login details?
Your media registration application will undergo an initial review process, and then you’ll be notified if more information is needed to process the request or if your application has been approved.

Once your media registration is approved, you can start your event experience by creating your WTW21 planner. You will need to use the same email address and Badge ID listed in your email confirmation. Please note

  • There may be up to a 15-minute delay between registering and being able to access the WTW21 planner.
  • All registrants must create a planner and be logged in during the event in order to view any of the sessions.

What is the WTW21 planner? Do I need to create one in order to view sessions and demos?
Once registered, you can create your WTW21 planner (using the email address and Badge ID listed in your confirmation). This helpful tool enables you to

  • Add exhibitors and products of interest
  • Save time with exhibitor and product recommendations
  • Save sessions and live demos to a personalized calendar
  • View the complete exhibitor product gallery in one place (including new products)

How can I contact a WTW21 exhibitor? Is there a chat or messaging option?
If a WTW21 exhibitor adds company representatives to its online listing, you can access contact information or reach out in real time via a chat function (based on exhibitor availability).

Who hosts WTW21?
WTW21 is hosted by NTEA – The Association for the Work Truck Industry.

Is a traditional in-person Work Truck Week scheduled to return in 2022? 
Yes, Work Truck Week 2022 is scheduled March 8–11, 2022, at Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Sign up for event information.
