Due to Work Truck Show logistics, any booth 300 square feet or larger displaying vehicles or heavy equipment has been assigned a check-in time at some point on March 1–2, 2020. The schedule above targets check-in time waves to accommodate set-up of these larger displays. Use the trade show floor plan to identify your booth number and corresponding color on the check-in schedule.
If you plan to display a vehicle or heavy equipment and your exhibit space is less than 300 square feet, you must notify Freeman so a target check-in time can be assigned. All other exhibitors occupying less than 300 square feet and not displaying a vehicle or heavy equipment move in 8 a.m.–2 p.m., Tuesday, March 3, 2020.
If Freeman does not receive notification of said equipment/vehicle(s), there is no guarantee they will be moved to your booth. Exhibitors are required to strictly adhere to this schedule. If an exhibitor’s non-targeted move-in requires moving, dismantling, etc. of previously installed displays or display materials, exhibitor will be charged applicable labor and material fees.
