Hotel and travel


The Work Truck Show and NTEA Convention Housing Bureau can make date reductions and cancellations (only until Feb. 25 at 5 p.m Eastern time) at 317-262-8191 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. EST, excluding holidays). But, they are unable to take new reservations or add nights to existing reservations. Please contact your hotel directly. 

As a reminder: a $50 cancellation fee will be charged for all room reservations cancelled after Feb. 11. Any cancellation after Feb. 25 may incur a cancellation fee from the hotel. After Feb. 25, please contact your hotel directly for any room issues and/or concerns.

If you still need housing, you may try searching for hotel availability through Visit Indy. Important note: These reservations are NOT part of The Work Truck Show 2020 room block. Please read all terms and conditions carefully before booking.

Attention Work Truck Show 2020 exhibitors: See the exhibitor targeted move-in schedule for your booth’s color designation as it relates to your move-in time. Please keep in mind your move-in schedule when booking your room.​​
