Parking and shuttle information

If staying at a downtown hotel during WTW24, you may make arrangements to use the hotel parking lot for your vehicles (rates and availability vary). Free parking is available at Gate Ten Event Parking (located near the Convention Center) at 345 W. McCarty St. Complimentary shuttles loop between the Convention Center and Gate 10 Event Parking.

Complimentary WiFi

Free WiFi is available in the common areas of Indiana Convention Center.

WTW24 lunch area

All Work Truck Week and Green Truck Summit Conference Package registrants receive access to lunch Wednesday, March 6 and Thursday, March 7 from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. at one of the two lunch area locations (end of aisle 100 on the exhibit floor and at Capitol Avenue Lobby). Badges will be scanned for entry.

Food service

Indiana Convention Center offers a variety of refreshment options. All concession outlets are cashless and accept various forms of payment, including Apple and Samsung Pay. There is a cash-to-card machine in the vending area (next to Room 116) that converts cash to a Visa credit card for use anywhere Visa is accepted.

NTEA Member Lounge

NTEA members have access to a lounge, allowing them to take a break and return calls and emails. Located in Room 110, it offers free wireless internet access, coffee and refreshments. New this year, the Member Lounge will feature a portable concession area (open March 6 and 7 from 11 a.m.–2 p.m.) offering a variety of wraps, salads, snacks and refreshments available for purchase.

Mobility scooters

Mobility scooters are available for daily use while attendees are in the Convention Center. Scooters are offered on a first-come, first-served basis during registration hours at the Help Desk located at Level 1 Crossroads Concourse, adjacent to Room 110. There is no rental charge and no overnight rentals.

Business center

For your convenience, a Ricoh USA business center is located in the Convention Center across from Room 117 on the following days/times. Services include copying, faxing and shipping.

ACCESS TO ON-DEMAND CONTENT AFTER THE EVENT

If you register for a Work Truck Week or Green Truck Summit Conference Package, you have access to many GTS General Session and/or WTW Breakout Session recordings and content on-demand, as well as exhibitor listings. (As Chassis Update Session content is most effectively presented live, these sessions will not be recorded for on-demand access.) Registrants will receive access to educational on-demand content the week after WTW24 concludes for 30 days.

Please note, all Conference Package registrants must create a WTW24 Planner to access on-demand content. Educational on-demand content will be available following the event. If you register for a Trade Show Badge, you have access to exhibitor listings for 30 days after the event concludes (on-demand content is not included with this registration).
